Returns and Exchanges Policy
With our simple return process, you can shop online worry-free. If something doesn't work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.
-We do not accept returns/exchanges after 30 days sof delivery.
-We inspect all returned/exchanged items. The product must be in new/unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
-Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer except in cases resulting in a return that is due to our error or defective product.
-Refunds will be sent to your original form of payment once items are received.
-All items must include the original invoice.
-Holiday and Seasonal Decor items are not eligible for returns/exchanges after the relevant holiday or season has passed.
Returns and Exchanges Process
-Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item for an exchange, credit, or full refund. Send an email to aviegraedecor@gmail.com for a return authorization.
-After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process. Please allow at least 15 days from our receipt of your item to process your return.
-Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
-If you received a damaged or defective item and it's reported to use within 30 days after purchase, we'll happily take care of it. We will cover shipping costs for both the returned item and the replacement item.
-To receive a refund or get a replacement on a damaged or defective item, please send an email to aviegraedecor@gmail.com. Include your name, contact information, order number, and a picture of the damaged or defective item.
